Production & Shipping

  • How long does it take for my jewelry to be produced and processed?

All jewelry is handmade to your preferred selected size and standard production time is typically 3-7 business days. During holidays production might take a little longer. Please note that production & Processing time does not include shipping time.

 

  • How long is the standard shipping time?

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days and tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has left the studio. Currently, orders above $50 will ship for free and we only ship to U.S. Addresses.

 

Returns & Warranty

  • Can I make a change to my order or cancel it?

Order changes or cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Since most of our products are made to a custom size, we won’t be able to accept adjustments after 24 hours. Please send your message through Contact Us section of the website.

 

  • What is the return policy?

We accept returns post-dated within 7 days of the delivery in its original condition and package. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Please send a message through the Contact Us section of the website to initiate the return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

 

  •  What is the warranty policy?

Necklaces come with a 60-day warranty if any jump rings or clasp break or there are other product defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover breakages as a result of a pull/tug or natural oxidation of sterling silver.
